Where are your products sourced from?
We source all our products from Canadian suppliers, and we try our best to stay as local as possible.
Are your herbs for medicinal use?
Our herbs are intended for spiritual use only. We are not licensed to sell health products or supplements. The information we provide about herbs is for educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice. Please contact a clinical herbalist or naturopath for guidance on safe herb usage.
are your crystals guaranteed ethically sourced?
We only work with suppliers committed to purchasing from ethical sources and respecting the environment. Our primary supplier states that "since day one, we've been dedicated to delivering ethical gemstones that are mined, cut, polished, and shipped without impinging on anyone's labor rights or severely damaging the environment."
do you do custom orders?
Yes! Please reach out if you're looking for something special (books, crystals, herbs, or other magical goodies) and we will do our best to help you find it!

Order Processing
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within 24-72 hours of purchase. This may vary for backorders, preorders, or special orders.
Can I cancel an order once it's been paid for?
It may not be possible to cancel your order if the item(s) have already been processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
For now, we only ship within Canada.
what are your shipping times?
We will do our best to select the fastest shipping option from available services when you place your order.
What are your rates?
We offer flat rate shipping for orders in Canada. These rates depend on parcel weight and will be calculated at checkout.
What about duties and tariffs?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offset the cost of duties or tariffs. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
Returns & Exchanges:
Do you take returns?
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original condition (unopened packaging for herbs and card sets). The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to initiate a return.
do you provide refunds?
We do not issue refunds. We do provide store credit.
do you provide exchanges?
We will issue store credit for accepted returns rather than direct exchange. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
