Refund policy

Return Policy
We do not offer cash refunds and any refunds will be issued in store credit only, less the original shipping and handling costs provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original conditions. If you wish to request a store credit, please contact vicky@thecrowskey.com. Please allow a minimum of 5 days from our receipt of the product to issue you store credit and receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Policy
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on return items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. As such, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
